The best program is one that meets you at your current skill level and progresses you in a safe effective manner. It will take into account available equipment and time that you allot to training, not the other way around. It will adapt as you progress in ability to ensure continuous growth.

Daily Coaching Feedback

You will get daily in-person coaching feedback for when you are on-site, and video feedback for days that you train at another facility. With coaching feedback you will receive communication in regards to how you are feeling, program likeness, and opportunities to discuss other lifestyle factors outside of training. We will also be able to discuss approach to training session and intent behind the training.
