Weekly Custom Programming and Video Feedback:

The custom program will be sent week-to-week based off weekly feedback to assure the training is properly progressed. Along with weekly training you will receive correspondence and feedback on lifts and other training that was recorded throughout the week. Recording lifts and training is essential to making sure the training can continue to be customized and adapt as you develop.

Routine Video Calls

Routine video check-ins will be scheduled to allow for communication on training, check satisfaction with program, as well as reassessing goals and goal setting. There is an initial consult call as well so that we can meet one another and discuss what is expected out of the service.
