Run Coaching
Personalized run training program that will help you prep for any upcoming events or goals you may have. I am focused on helping you find a routine that supports you to run long term and reduce the likelihood of injuries.

After running a test to access your current level of fitness, I will provide you with heart rate zones and recommended paces based on the goal of your workouts.

I plan 4 weeks of runs in advance based on your racing or fitness goals. The amount of runs per week will depend on your experience level and what you can fit into your schedule.

Package includes an initial phone consultation to start and then weekly follow ups through email or text.

Nutrition Coaching
Accountability service aimed to help you optimize your eating habits and set you on the right path to achieve your goals.

All recommendations are personalized for you based on your goals, needs, and schedule. You will also be provided with target numbers and recommended food choices.

Weekly review of MyFitnessPal and an online journal to assess progress.

Strength & Conditioning
Pre-planned workouts aimed to increase strength, power, proprioception, and conditioning based on your goals and current level of fitness.

Videos will be provided if you are unfamiliar with any exercises.

I recommend sending me a recorded video so that I can help you with form.
