Weekly Video Analysis

Take a video of the last set of 5 exercises of your choice for me to review. Even weekly feedback allows for better gains and improved understanding of the technical aspects of exercises.

Weekly Follow-up Coaching

Weekly feedback will allow us to adjust your program based on how you are feeling and progressing. Moreover, it will allow for you to take control of your training, so we are able to adjust for your needs and schedule.
