Daily workouts that can be modified whenever you’d like to change the overall direction of your fitness program, we work together making these changes to avoid plateaus and to keep gaining progress moving forward, usually every 8 to 12 weeks we will review.  Pre-routine variable are required prior to all routines so our we can assess your current physiological state and environmental circumstances to deliver the most personalized program I can from a distance. Fatigue, Soreness, Available Equipment, Time you have are all options my Highly customized routines range from restorative work, workouts with increased or decreased intensity to match your specific needs for that session. My platform is designed with your individual needs in mind, allowing me to deliver you the most specific workout routine I can right to your phone.
