Background: Jesse has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. He first got into fitness because of the variety of sports he played growing up, excelling mostly in long distance running, basketball, and football. His passion was living a healthy and active lifestyle and using that to help motivate others to do the same. His goal in life is to continue to work with a wide range of people from all types of fitness backgrounds in hopes of teaching them that exercise is about the mind, body, and spirit. His ideal clients are people looking to train functionally. Focusing on strength, muscle, explosiveness, athleticism, and improve mobility/flexibility. He likes to combine traditional power lifts and bodybuilding techniques with different tempos which allows you to maximize muscle and build elite athleticism at the same time.


If you are looking to be challenged in ways you never have before, these programs will be perfect for you! I have designed these programs to build each week on itself. Each week you will be systemically progressed from more foundational movements to more advanced movements. This program is designed to build your body up and have you feeling good, focusing more on form rather than how much weight you can lift. Having a strong connection to your form and the muscles that you are working will bring you great results. Functionality is key to a long, healthy, and active life.

“I am a 48-year-old mother of two adult children, still trying to lose my babies’ fat. I also work in the hospitality industry which means I am always around food choices that may not be the best for my body. Three years ago, my body went through so many changes that left me in constant pain and prompt to injuries. I met Jesse sometime in July 2019. How I met him is I was in relationship crisis and I needed a way out and I thought the gym was the perfect place to get my mind and body in the right place. We set up a few sessions I believe we were seeing each other 1-2 times per week or every 2 weeks. I had certain goals, mainly to look better and get stronger. I thought I was in ok shape, WRONG, I was a mess the first bit. Jesse came up with workout plans that worked for me and to help me reach those goals and they are great workouts. I’m a sweater no matter what, but after we’re done our session, there’s a need for a mop and bucket, clean up aisle 9 and I like it. He’s a motivator, friendly, likes to know where your head is at, he doesn’t want to see you fail. He doesn’t see you as just a client, Jesse wants you to succeed and keep climbing. So we spent about 3-4 months together off/on and I was seeing results, I was dropping body fat and gaining lean muscle and gain some strength which I was looking for. Unfortunately finances got tight so we had to postpone and then COVID hit. I was still going through my relationship turmoil during this time and I wanted to workout but my motivation was not there. I finally came back to the gym in August 2020 determined then ever. I met up with Jesse again to continue our training with the same goals in mind. It’s been 4.5 months already and I look and feel better than ever before. I never looked this good, ever, all because of Jesse’s guidance.
He’s helped me with eating, mentally and clearly physically. Also, I have kids, so things come up and if or when they do Jesse has been more than accommodating with my situation. I am proud to be part of his team and a VIP client.
