“My Training experience began this journey about 18 months ago and it has been such an experience; lots of ups and down. However, the end result is not only positive, but quite rewarding. I have becoming physically and emotionally stronger. Somehow, I have adopted a new and healthier lifestyle, I cannot see myself now going a few days in a row without exercising. I have developed quite a few relationships, the atmosphere of the gym is quite pleasant and calling to talk to anyone in the floor. I would certainly recommend to anyone thinking about starting a formal training to just jump, because I am sure there will be no regrets looking back.”

“I have been going to World Health, now GYMVT for over 10 years.  Most of that time Greg has helped me to do things that I never thought was possible.  I am currently 66 years old and if not for Covid, I would have been participating in Spartan and Tough Mudder races this year.  I had 4 events scheduled.  I never even thought about doing these until I was 59 when Greg challenged me and said you can do it.  And he was right!  I am not the strongest or the fastest, but I manage to finish in a vertical position.  I wouldn’t of been able to do this without the support of Greg.  He keeps me on schedule with weekly training, but the most importantly he understands that my body doesn’t function like most.  I have flexibility issues within this 66 year old frame, but he adjusts my exercise routine so I can maximize my physical fitness.  He is continually challenging me while ensuring that I don’t injure myself.  I would never of been able to accomplish the mud racing and half marathons without his help.  Greg thank you for making me a better me!
