Background: Greg has been a Personal Trainer since 2010. Growing up Greg has always been active, playing sports, running, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, OCR, also taking the time to enjoy life. For Greg being an athlete introduced him to weight and endurance training. Greg took his love of fitness and became a Personal Trainer. Greg’s goal as a Personal Trainer is to motivate, inspire and educate his clients about the benefits of exercising. It is a way to feel better and live a healthier active lifestyle.
