Online programming for fitness – directed specifically towards class – custom nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, video analysis as needed, posing coaching, and weekend of show coaching.

Custom Programming

This custom program is designed directly towards your goal for competing in your specified class. Every 8 weeks the program will be fully adjusted to keep the changes coming. Minor adjustments will be made weekly to ensure you are getting your best results.

Custom Nutrition Plan

This is a custom program that will be very specific to you, specifically for competition prep. It will ensure that you are getting the appropriate amount of calories in order to peak for your show and bring your best package to stage.

Weekly Check ins/Video Analysis

Each week I require my clients to fill in a weekly check-in form that will give me an idea as to where you’re at physically and mentally. Along with these check-ins, you are able to send me videos of movements to make sure your movement is correct and efficient.

Posing Coaching/Weekend of Competition

Closer to your competition, we will be doing weekly posing sessions to ensure you feel confident on stage with your eye walk and your mandatory poses. These will be done over Skype or in person (for an additional cost).
